Shipping

• We ship across India through tracked couriers.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 business days (to be confirmed) of payment or COD confirmation.
• You will get the tracking details on WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Returns and exchanges

• Wrong size? Message us within 7 days of delivery (to be confirmed) and we will arrange an exchange.
• Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and with tags on. You know how she is about this.
• If something arrives damaged, send a photo on WhatsApp the day it lands and we will make it right, no questions.

Payments

• Once your order is confirmed on WhatsApp, pay by UPI or bank transfer. Details are shared in the chat.
• Cash on delivery is available on request (terms to be confirmed).
• We never ask for card numbers, OTPs or PINs. If anyone claiming to be us does, it is not us; please report it.

Can I ask for a different size than listed?
Ask on WhatsApp. If the tailor can make it happen, she will say yes before you finish typing.

Do you take bulk or festive orders?
Yes, with enough notice. Weddings are her favourite kind of chaos.

Are the photos the actual pieces?
Right now the site shows sample listings with representative stock photos, clearly marked, while the first collection is photographed. What ships is always confirmed with real photos on WhatsApp before you pay.
